► Standard Vertical Ladle Heating Device:
This is a critically important heating equipment. Its core function is to rapidly and efficiently heat online ladles in a short time, quickly raising the ladle temperature to 1100 - 1200°C, precisely meeting the stringent requirements of hot ladle tapping. Additionally, for newly constructed ladles, it can perform stable preheating and drying according to preset curve requirements.
The device adopts a unique vertical structural design, where the ladle cover opens and closes via vertical tilting. This design not only ensures convenient operation but also optimizes space utilization, effectively reducing the overall footprint of the equipment and providing a more spacious working environment at the production site. Moreover, during the heating process, heat distribution is more uniform, contributing to improved ladle preheating quality and efficiency.
This device features a vertical structure, with the ladle cover tilting vertically for opening and closing.
► Standard Horizontal Ladle Heating Device:
This equipment is installed offline on two pre-laid tracks. During operation, the ladle is first placed horizontally on a fixed ladle stand in front of the heating device. Subsequently, the heating device moves flexibly along the tracks to the preheating position, precisely performing heating and temperature-raising operations on the ladle.
This offline installation and track-based movement design provide the device with greater flexibility and convenience in operation. On one hand, it facilitates daily maintenance and inspection, allowing servicing and adjustments without interrupting the main production line. On the other hand, it enables quick adjustments of the heating device's position based on different ladle specifications and placement requirements, ensuring optimal preheating effects for each ladle.
